This page contains the legal notices that apply to the websites operated by Hand Up LLC (“Hand Up LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including ericdonoho.com, handuprealty.com, and handupllc.com (the “Sites”). It is divided into three parts: Part I, Website Legal Notice and Disclaimer; Part II, Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice; and Part III, DMCA Copyright Policy and Takedown Procedure. By accessing or using any of our Sites, you agree to these notices.
Part I — Website Legal Notice and Disclaimer
1. General Information Only
The content provided on our Sites, including text, books, courses, videos, downloads, coaching materials, social media content, and any related materials, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is made available with the understanding that Hand Up LLC and Eric Donoho are not, through the Sites, rendering legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, mental health, or other professional advice. You should not rely on any content on the Sites as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who is familiar with your specific situation.
2. No Professional Advice or Relationship
Nothing on the Sites creates any professional, advisory, fiduciary, agency, or client relationship between you and Hand Up LLC or Eric Donoho. Always seek the advice of a qualified attorney, financial advisor, tax professional, licensed real estate professional, or medical or mental health provider before making decisions based on any information found on the Sites. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or viewed on the Sites.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Any testimonials, case studies, examples, or statements of past performance shared on the Sites are illustrative only and are not a guarantee or promise of any particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors that are unique to each individual and outside our control, including your own effort, experience, market conditions, and circumstances. Your results will vary, and we make no representation that you will achieve any specific outcome.
4. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Sites is accurate and current, but we do not warrant or guarantee that any content is complete, accurate, reliable, or up to date. Content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information and may be changed or updated at any time without notice. Your use of and reliance on any content is at your own risk.
5. Real Estate Disclosure
Certain content and services relate to real estate and are provided by Eric Donoho as a licensed real estate professional, in accordance with applicable Indiana law and through the licensed brokerage with which he is affiliated. The following applies:
• Using our Sites, submitting an inquiry, or reviewing any content does not create an agency, brokerage, or client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only by a separate, signed written agreement.
• Property and listing information may be obtained from third-party sources, including a multiple listing service (MLS), and is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. You should independently verify all property information before relying on it.
• Equal Housing Opportunity. We are committed to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity, and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected by law.
• Nothing on our Sites is intended to solicit the listing of any property already listed with another broker.
6. Affiliate and Promotional Disclosure
From time to time, our Sites may contain affiliate links, sponsored content, or recommendations for third-party products or services. Where we have a financial or material relationship that may result in compensation to us, we will disclose it as required by law. We only reference products and services we believe may be of value, but we are not responsible for, and make no warranties regarding, any third-party product or service.
7. External Links
Our Sites may link to third-party websites and platforms that we do not own or control. We provide these links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site, and a link does not constitute our endorsement of that site or its operator.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hand Up LLC, Eric Donoho, and their respective officers, members, employees, affiliates, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to, use of, or reliance on the Sites or any content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Sites is to stop using them. This notice is supplemented by the limitation of liability set out in our Terms of Service.
