REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: June 3, 2026

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the websites operated by Hand Up LLC (“Hand Up LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including ericdonoho.com, handuprealty.com, and handupllc.com (the “Sites”). It applies to three categories of offerings, defined in Section 2: Books, Courses, and The Hand Up Collective.

By completing any purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. Our Commitment

We hold ourselves to a high standard and stand behind the quality of everything we create. Our products are designed to deliver meaningful value from the very first moment you access them. Because that value is delivered immediately and in full, and because our materials reflect significant expertise, time, and proprietary work, all sales are final except in the limited, clearly defined circumstances described in this Policy. This approach allows us to keep our pricing fair, our content premium, and our focus entirely on serving the people who invest in our work.

2. Definitions

This Policy treats the following three categories differently. Please review the section that applies to your purchase.

•       Books means physical or digital books, e-books, audiobooks, and printed or downloadable publications, including “Canyon of Hope.”

•       Courses means online courses, continuing education programs, digital programs, workshops, downloadable training materials, templates, and similar one-time educational products.

•       The Hand Up Collective (“the Collective”) means any membership, subscription, development partnership, or other offering billed on a recurring or ongoing basis.

3. Books

Digital Books

All digital books, e-books, and audiobooks are delivered instantly and are final, non-refundable, and non-returnableonce purchased or accessed. The nature of digital delivery means these items cannot be returned.

Physical Books

Physical books are covered by a limited guarantee against manufacturing defects and shipping damage only. If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and a clear photograph of the issue, and we will provide a replacement copy at no additional cost.

Physical books are not eligible for refunds or returns for any other reason, including change of mind, and we do not accept returns of opened, used, marked, or read copies. Our remedy for a qualifying defect is replacement, not a cash refund.

4. Courses

All Course purchases are final and non-refundable. The moment your enrollment is complete, you receive immediate and full access to the Course content, materials, and resources, and you receive the full value of your purchase at that time.

You acknowledge that you have reviewed the Course description before purchasing, that you understand access is granted immediately, and that no refund, exchange, or credit will be issued except as expressly provided in Section 6 (Qualifying Reasons) or Section 8 (If We Cancel a Course), each granted at our sole discretion.

5. The Hand Up Collective (Recurring Membership)

Membership in the Collective is billed on a recurring basis. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel in accordance with this Section.

All Recurring Charges Are Final

All membership fees and recurring charges are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time. We do not provide prorated refunds. Canceling does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already charged for the current or any prior billing period.

Cancellation and 30-Day Notice

You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to info@handupllc.com. To stop your next renewal, your cancellation request must be received at least thirty (30) days before your next scheduled renewal date.

•       Requests received at least 30 days before the renewal date will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following cycle.

•       Requests received fewer than 30 days before the renewal date will take effect after the following billing cycle, and that next charge will still apply.

•       Your access continues through the end of each period for which you have paid.

Requests for Consideration

Any request to refund a recurring charge will be considered only where a documented, qualifying reason exists, as described in Section 6, and any decision is made solely and finally at our discretion. Dissatisfaction, lack of use, or change of circumstances does not qualify.

6. Refunds Are Granted Only for Qualifying Reasons

Outside of a replacement for a defective physical book (Section 3) or a Course we cancel (Section 8), refunds are considered only in the limited circumstances below, and even then are issued solely at our discretion:

•       A verified duplicate charge for the same product;

•       A verified unauthorized charge not made by you or anyone authorized by you;

•       A genuine billing or processing error on our part.

The following do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances: change of mind or buyer’s remorse; failure to use or complete a product; finding the material elsewhere; dissatisfaction with results or outcomes; lack of time; or any reason not expressly listed above. We retain full and final discretion over every refund decision, and the granting of any refund in one case creates no obligation, precedent, or expectation in any other case.

7. What Is Never Refundable

Regardless of any other provision, the following are never eligible for a refund:

•       Any digital product, Course, or material that has been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or used in whole or in part;

•       Completed Courses or any Course in which substantial progress has been made;

•       Downloadable files, templates, worksheets, or resources, once delivered;

•       Products purchased at a discount, on promotion, with a coupon, or as part of a bundle;

•       Bonus content, free items, or anything provided at no charge;

•       Recurring charges and membership fees for any period that has already begun or elapsed.

The above does not limit your right to a replacement under Section 3 or a refund under Section 8.

8. If We Cancel or Discontinue a Course or Program

If Hand Up LLC cancels a Course or program before you have been given access to it, or permanently discontinues an offering you are actively enrolled in and we are unable to provide equivalent access or materials, you will receive a refund.

•       If the offering never launched or you were never given access, you will receive a full refund of what you paid for it.

•       If an offering is discontinued partway through, we will refund a fair, prorated portion based on the value not delivered, as reasonably determined by us.

This Section applies only when we choose to cancel or discontinue an offering. It does not apply to refunds requested by you, which remain governed by the rest of this Policy. Rescheduling, updating content, or changing the platform or delivery method is not a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Technical or Access Issues

If you experience a technical problem accessing something you purchased, contact us using the information in Section 12 and we will work in good faith to restore your access. A technical or access issue entitles you to support and a working product, not to a refund. We resolve access problems by fixing access.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about a purchase, you agree to contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a product you have accessed, or for a charge governed by this Policy, is a violation of these terms. In the event of any chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to:

•       Immediately suspend or permanently revoke your access to any and all products, content, memberships, and accounts;

•       Refuse you future purchases and access to our Sites and programs;

•       Pursue collection of any amounts owed, including associated fees and costs;

•       Submit this Policy and your acceptance of it, along with records of your access and use, as evidence in the dispute.

11. How to Submit a Request

To submit a refund request for consideration, email us at the address in Section 12 within seven (7) days of the charge. Your request must include your name, the email used to purchase, the product name, the date of purchase, and the specific qualifying reason for your request. Requests submitted after seven days, or without a qualifying reason under Section 6, will not be considered.

Submitting a request does not guarantee any refund, credit, or exception. Every decision is made solely and finally at our discretion. This does not affect a replacement under Section 3 or a refund under Section 8.
